Considering our products fall under personal care category, we have strict return policy due to hygiene and personal care nature of the product. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, replacement/repair(where possible) will be made provided that you have returned the good to us in their original condition. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement. The customer needs to raise an issue regarding damaged, defective or different item delivered to feedback@truefittandhill.in within 5 days of delivery.
