Freezing is for the purpose of a serious temporary change in personal circumstances.
How long and how often can I freeze for?
Eligible members may freeze once during the life of their membership, lasting either one, two or three months.
Are freezes automatically approved?
No – the backend team to review the request and confirm if your freeze has been approved
How can I unfreeze my membership?
Members are requested to contact their nearest Truefitt & Hill store and update the respective Store Manager
Do I need to ask to restart my membership?
It will restart automatically after the period chosen by you to freeze the membership is over
I have frozen my membership, however I would want to start the same in between. Is it possible?
Yes, you need to send an email on email@example.com to restart your membership in between
Is this applicable on all memberships?
It is applicable on Royal and Classic memberships.
Can I freeze my membership for multiple times for a shorter duration more than once in my membership lifecycle?
